California LED Fire operates Besideo. By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Besideo is a creative pet experience that lets you create profiles, interactive Portraits, illustrated Stories, imaginative letter-style content, and private Moments from the photos and details you choose to provide.

Generated images, stories, and letter-style text are digital, AI-assisted creative content. They are not factual communications or professional advice.

You may need to create or sign in to an account to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Besideo is not directed to children under 13. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have reached the minimum age required by the laws of your region.

If we believe an account violates these Terms, creates a security risk, abuses the service, or harms others, we may suspend, limit, or terminate some or all access for that account.

You may upload or create pet names, pet profiles, timelines, photos, videos, letters, moments, text, and other pet content through the service.

You keep your rights in your user content. To provide the service, you authorize us to host, store, process, display, and generate service results related to your user content as reasonably necessary.

You must make sure you have the right to upload and use your content, especially photos or videos that include other people, family members, children, or third-party works.

Your original pet photos, videos, letters, memories, and private profile details are private by default. If you use family sharing, invited members who accept the invitation may access the same pet space for the same pet. The limited cross-pet permission below applies only to derived representations after you choose to participate.

A cross-pet feature is enabled for your pet only after you make an affirmative choice to participate.

You authorize Besideo to create derived representations of your pet from your content, combine those representations with representations of other users' pets, and include them in generated results that other users may view or receive.

This permission is limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and granted solely to operate and provide cross-pet features. It applies while you participate and continues after withdrawal, pet-space deletion, or account deletion only as needed to retain or display shared stories delivered before that action. For this limited purpose, Besideo may use, reproduce, process, adapt, create, and display derived representations and may allow service providers acting on our behalf to process eligible pet content.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content. It does not permit Besideo to give other users your original pet photos, videos, private profile details, letters, moments, account information, contact information, or identity.

Permission to participate in cross-pet features does not permit Besideo to use private pet content or derived pet representations in advertising or to train third-party foundation models. Either use would require separate explicit consent.

You may opt out or withdraw this permission at any time by contacting support@besideo.com. After your choice takes effect, we will stop using your pet's derived representation in new cross-user generations or displays.

Shared stories delivered before your withdrawal, pet-space deletion, or account deletion remain available in the recipient's account and are not removed by those actions.

Copies another user exported or saved outside Besideo may remain outside our control.

Some features may use AI or automated systems to generate pet images, stories, letter-style text, or other content.

AI-generated outputs are fictional and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable.

You should not treat generated outputs as fact, factual communication, or professional advice.

If we believe generated content creates safety, legal, or policy risks, we may limit, refuse, regenerate, remove, or disable related features.

Besideo may offer free plans, subscription plans, one-time purchase options for a pet, or other paid features. Prices, features, availability, and plan names may change over time.

If you purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party payment channel, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are usually handled by that platform or payment provider under its own rules.

If a subscription ends, expires, is cancelled, or cannot be renewed, some paid features may become unavailable and the related pet space may move to an applicable free or limited state.

Deleting your Besideo account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it to stop future renewals.

You agree that you will not use Besideo in ways that are illegal, harmful, harassing, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive.

• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not upload content that exploits, endangers, or harms children.
• Do not impersonate others or misleadingly describe your relationship with a pet, another person, or a family member.
• Do not access another person's account or private pet space without permission.
• Do not interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the service.
• Do not use the service to generate or distribute illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the service.

Signing out only ends your current session. It does not delete your account, pet space, letters, moments, photos, or videos.

If you want to delete an account, delete a pet space, export data, or correct information, contact us at support@besideo.com. Some requests may be handled through manual support rather than through a full in-app self-service flow.

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, compliance, technical reliability, product improvement, abuse prevention, or business reasons.

We try to avoid unnecessary interruption, especially where private user content is involved, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we work with service providers, and how you can request access, export, correction, or deletion.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every use case, or able to preserve all content in every circumstance.

We do not guarantee that generated content will accurately reflect your pet, your memories, or your intended expression.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Besideo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss, loss of goodwill, or lost profits. These Terms do not limit liability where the law does not allow such limits.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If there are material changes, we will notify you through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. If you continue using the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
