California LED Fire operates Besideo. By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Besideo is a digital pet memorial product designed to help you remember, revisit, and hold your connection with a pet who has passed away.

Besideo does not claim that a pet is still alive, has returned, or is communicating with you in the physical world. Generated pet images, replies, letter-related content, or memorial experiences are digital and AI-assisted experiences, not a continuation of your pet in reality.

Besideo is not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or emergency support. If you are in emotional crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

You may need to create or sign in to an account to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Besideo is not directed to children under 13. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have reached the minimum age required by the laws of your region.

If we believe an account violates these Terms, creates a security risk, abuses the service, or harms others, we may suspend, limit, or terminate some or all access for that account.

You may upload or create pet names, pet profiles, timelines, photos, videos, letters, memories, text, and other memorial content through the service.

You keep your rights in your user content. To provide the service, you authorize us to host, store, process, display, and generate service results related to your user content as reasonably necessary.

You must make sure you have the right to upload and use your content, especially photos or videos that include other people, family members, children, or third-party works.

Your pet memorial space, letters, memories, photos, and videos are private by default. If you use family sharing, invited members who accept the invitation may access the same memorial space for the same pet.

Some features may use AI or automated systems to generate pet images, replies, memorial scenes, or other content.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable for your emotional state, or not fully aligned with your real memories of your pet.

You should not treat AI-generated content as fact, professional advice, medical advice, psychotherapy, or evidence that your pet is communicating with you in reality.

If we believe generated content creates safety, legal, emotional-harm, or policy risks, we may limit, refuse, regenerate, remove, or disable related features.

Besideo may offer free plans, subscription plans, one-time purchase options for a pet, or other paid features. Prices, features, availability, and plan names may change over time.

If you purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party payment channel, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are usually handled by that platform or payment provider under its own rules.

If a subscription ends, expires, is cancelled, or cannot be renewed, some paid features may become unavailable and the related pet space may move to an applicable free or limited state.

Deleting your Besideo account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it to stop future renewals.

You agree that you will not use Besideo in ways that are illegal, harmful, harassing, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive.

• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not upload content that exploits, endangers, or harms children.
• Do not impersonate others or misleadingly describe your relationship with a pet, another person, or a family member.
• Do not access another person's account or private memorial space without permission.
• Do not interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the service.
• Do not use the service to generate or distribute illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the service.

Signing out only ends your current session. It does not delete your account, pet memorial space, letters, memories, photos, or videos.

If you want to delete an account, delete a memorial space, export data, or correct information, contact us at support@besideo.com. Some requests may be handled through manual support rather than through a full in-app self-service flow.

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, compliance, technical reliability, product improvement, abuse prevention, or business reasons.

We try to avoid unnecessary interruption, especially where user memorial content is involved, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we work with service providers, and how you can request access, export, correction, or deletion.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every emotional situation, or able to preserve all content in every circumstance.

We do not guarantee that generated content will accurately reflect your pet, your memories, or your intended expression.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Besideo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss, emotional distress, loss of goodwill, or lost profits. These Terms do not limit liability where the law does not allow such limits.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If there are material changes, we will notify you through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. If you continue using the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
